COVID-19 tests for businesses

Find out how to arrange rapid testing for your employees.

Which businesses are eligible?

You can order tests for your employees if:

  • your employees cannot work from home
  • your business is registered in England.

How to order tests

You can register for COVID-19 rapid lateral flow tests for your employees on the Government’s website. These tests are for testing your employees in the workplace.

You will need:

  • the name of your company
  • your company registration number
  • an email address.

If you cannot provide testing in the workplace

If you have ten or more employees, from early April you can order tests for your employees to collect from work and use at home twice a week. You can do this if you cannot provide testing in the workplace.

You must register by 11:59pm on 12 April 2021. If your business is closed or you cannot provide tests now, you should still register so you can order tests in the future.

If you or your employees have symptoms

Do not use this service if you or your employees have COVID-19 symptoms. Anyone with symptoms should order an individual test and stay at home. Read more about COVID-19 tests for people with symptoms and book a test.
