Lewisham summer of food and fun
This summer, with funding from the Department of Education, Lewisham Council is providing a varied holiday programme, with free activities and lunches for school-aged children and young people (aged 5-16 years – up to 19 for children/young people with SEND) eligible for and in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals.
A wide range of providers in Lewisham are supporting the delivery of this programme, offering various fun packed sessions, including art & crafts, multi sports, singing, dancing, drama and games.
Each club will provide:
- a wide range of exciting activities to suit different ages and personalities
- fun physical activity sessions
- free, nutritious and tasty food.
Sessions last at least four hours and are free to access for eligible children, though children must be registered. Some providers can offer longer hours for an additional cost.
We know how important it is to be and feel safe, and all programmes will be delivered in line with government COVID-19 guidance.
How to register your child
The programme is provided from Monday 26 July to Friday 27 August 2021, with details for each club in the document at the bottom of the page. Contact the providers directly to find out more and sign up!
Places will be prioritised for children eligible for FSM and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
