Complaints and feedback: you said, we did
The Housing Ombudsman and Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman have launched a consultation on the Complaint Handling Code, potential improvements and proposals to ensure landlords comply.
They're especially interested to hear from people aged 16 to 34. The consultation closes 23 November.

| Can you make the process for paying multiple Penalty Charge Notices, online,easier? | Our online payment facility has been upgraded to allow multiple Penalty Charge Notices to be made in one payment. |
| Can the information regarding hazardous waste and television disposals,be made clearer on your website? | The website has now been updated. It now explains, in more detail, the process for disposing of hazardous waste and televisions. |
| The online council tax forms time out without any warning, which means I lose the data that I have just inputted. | We have now added to the form the following text:In order to maintain security, this form will time out after 15 minutes without any activity. |
