Exhibit your community group or voluntary organisation at People's Day on Saturday 16 July 2022 from 12pm in Mountsfield Park, Catford. Our flagship event is a great opportunity for you to network, fundraise and publicise your activities to the festival's 25,000 visitors.

Who can apply

This category is for:

• community groups

• voluntary organisations

• grassroots charities.

A separate form is available for national and international charities. Please check that you qualify as a community or voluntary organisation. If you book under the wrong category, we cannot give you a refund.

How to apply

• The deadline for applications is 11.59pm on Friday 17 June 2022.
• By applying you agree to our terms and conditions.
• Read our privacy notice.
• Event packs and vehicle permits will be sent out from Monday 27 June 2022.

Prices for exhibiting

The cost of exhibiting depends on the income of your organisation.

• Small voluntary: a voluntary organisation or community group with a turnover of less than £100,000 per year.

• Large voluntary: a voluntary organisation or community group with a turnover of more than £100,000 per year.

Table top size 2m x 1m.

• Small voluntary: £50 + VAT = £60

• Large voluntary: £80 + VAT = £96

4m x 4m outdoor pitch

Space only. You must provide your own tables, chairs and other equipment.

3m x 3m enclosed marquee

Marquee, one table and two chairs.

Cost:

Small voluntary:

• Marquee cost: £350 + VAT per marquee = £420

• Power: £60 + VAT = £72

Large voluntary:

• Marquee cost: £450 + VAT per marquee = £540
