Privacy notice – HR Advisory Services

What we do 

HR Services provides HR services and support to managers, staff, internal and external stakeholders post-employment offer stage and beyond, by for example: 

  • managing employee relations cases

  • supporting reorganisations and change management, including TUPE transfers

  • reviewing, creating and improving staff policies

  • overseeing terms and conditions

  • providing support to broader equality and diversity staffing issues

  • drafting relevant staff communications

  • producing briefings on employment issues and impact for LBL

  • managing relationships with the non-teaching trade unions

  • producing accurate and timely contracts and clearances

  • undertaking job evaluation and maintenance to posts below senior manager level

  • making sure that occupational health and telephone counselling support is available for staff, where applicable.
