The Adult Social Care Service includes:

Our service teams bring different partners from social care, health and the independent sector together in geographically aligned areas or specialisms. In doing so, we believe we provide a better, less duplicated and more holistic service to vulnerable adults and their carers. As teams we work preventatively, often with complex needs and safeguarding vulnerable adults as part of our statutory duties.

Our statutory duty dictates that we collect and process information under The Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, The Housing & Regeneration Act 2008, and Mental Health Act 1983.
