Young Futures

Young Futures is an employment, education and training advice service for young people aged 18-24.

Prince’s Trust

The Prince’s Trust is a charity for young people aged 11-30, no matter how serious the issues you face. They have lots of programmes to build confidence, get a job or start a business.

National Careers Service

The National Careers Service is a free service for adults and young people. 

Youth Employment UK

Youth Employment UK helps 14–24 year olds to get training, careers advice and help finding a job.

Lewisham College provides a range of:

Adult Learning Lewisham

Adult Learning Lewisham is for anyone over 16 years old. 

Courses include:

  • Maths
  • ICT
  • Employability 
  • work-specific courses, such as art, fashion and textiles, wellbeing and more

We provide goal planning and support on how to move into work.

Financial support if you are unemployed

The Jobcentre Plus can help you get benefits such as Universal Credit if you are unemployed. You need to inform them that you are not working.

The Jobcentre Plus can also help you find a job and provide training opportunities.
